About Team SMoK RING

Backyard BBQ creates community that fosters relationships and togetherness.

What started as a hobby on a $200 stick burner, and lots of help and guidance from a good friend, turned into a passion that led to a few smoker upgrades, several destroyed cuts of meat, and a few sleepless nights. But amazingly, this evolved into some really good smoked foods that our friends and family continued to beg us to make for them. Through trial and error, a few very educational BBQ competitions and learning the science behind Q'ing, Team SMoK RING emerged as a small business that is now making our craft foods available to the public via direct sales.
